I'm freaking tired right about now!

So I told you about how I went to the winery the other night I have two pictures to post.  I dont look like the first one.  People say I'm photogenic . What I take that as is '' You are really ugly in person , but you look nice in pictures''  GEE THANKS! My friend took some very good photos that night!

I came across a little rabbit in the woods the other day on my walk. 

I walked today and made some almond flour paleo bread. Didn't turn out as good as my last loaf but I think it looked okay.

I have my Moms birthday and my nephews birthday this weekend.  I am going to make him a creeper cake like this 

                                                 I bet its hard and I bet it will be fun to try !

          I am freaking tired all of a sudden so I think I am going to try and sleep. I cant stop yawning !

Paleo Wraps are no where to be found.

Whew! I have been busy. 

I had the most badass sandwich yesterday.  Paleo bread with turkey , mustard, avocado, tomato pickle, cheese and lettuce. AMAZING. It was exactly what I had been craving ! I really really REALLY want to try the paleo wraps. They advertise on the website the store I went to carries them but they do not. BUMMER.

I went to a winery Friday night and had a great time. The lady there walked me through the whole thing and I survived it. I bought a very tasty Red blackberry wine.

I have been in ketosis almost a week now and I haven't weighed myself in almost a week.  I will at the end of the month. 

I have been keeping up on the exercise but I didn't get to do much over the weekend just because I was so busy. I am going to have to be a little easy on myself when it comes to time restraints.

I rode a bike today.  It was fun. I will do it again. A little wizard of oz dog chased me down the trail. 

My dinner is cooking in the crock pot , Barbacoa. Pictures will be posted tomorrow and I will share the recipe from my favorite site !

I made paleo bread once and it did not cost 9.99 ! Its just crazy !
